Like this beautiful line, UI/UX is about interaction.
A continuous conversation where every action leads to the next — clear, intuitive, and intentional.
Hello I'm

Four years in colour theory, typography, and visual composition before I ever opened Figma. The eye came first — interface hierarchy and clarity are the same instincts, pointed at a different canvas.

What I notice when I'm not at my desk.
"Good design existed long before Figma did. A worn path,
a mirror in a lobby, a SIM card that won't go in wrong — the world leaves lessons everywhere."

Some start on a highway at 4 a.m. Others in a lobby nobody was meant to linger in. The world has been running usability tests since long before we named them that.

Forcing Functions
Half a safeguard
Midnight. Fuel stop near Chidambaram.
A diesel nozzle won't fit a petrol car. Someone solved that. A petrol nozzle fits a diesel car perfectly. Nobody did.
The fix is just a shape. Pennies at the factory. Sold instead as an accessory — to people who already paid for the lesson.
"Every product I've worked on has one of these hiding somewhere. Finding them is half the job."

Context of Use
Sized for the eye that actually sees it
Standing on the tarmac, the number is absurd. Four metres of paint for a two-digit figure. From a cockpit twenty feet up, moving, glancing down for half a second — it's exactly right.
Nobody painted it that size for me. It was measured for a specific pair of eyes, at a specific height, at a specific speed.
"We design at 100% zoom on a large monitor. Then ship it to someone squinting at a phone in sunlight, walking."

Constraint
One pen. One line width.
A Micron 01. A quarter of a millimetre, and that's the only mark it makes. No shading, no grey, no second tool.
Every shadow on this tower is just more lines, sitting closer together. The black beneath the arches took an evening.
"One typeface, one grid, one line weight. Restriction is where the craft actually shows."

Worst Case Design
The hole you've never looked at
There's a small hole in the top of a Bic cap. Most people assume it balances air pressure.
Between 1970 and 1984, nine children in the UK died after swallowing pen caps. Bic started venting them in 1991. There's now a standard — ISO 11540 — requiring any cap a child could reach to pass eight litres of air a minute. Enough to keep breathing until help arrives.
"Designed for a day that will probably never come. That's the whole point."
